End of 2009 & Indian audiences will get impressed by ‘Arjun’, a glittering jewel from UTV’s animated feature film treasure chest. ‘As the titles suggests, the movie focuses on the Indian mythological warrior prince Arjun, one of the five Pandavas.
Produced by UTV and directed by Arnab Chaudhuri, work on Arjun began in March 2007 and the feature film is planned to release by end of 2009. Ranveer, the film that was billed to bring the father and son pair of Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, together for the first time on screen, has been shelved. Both Bachchan’s tougher movie was Srkar Raj. Rajkumar & Amitabh both last movie was Khakhi. This movie is very interesting but not hit movie. Ranveer, which also starred Sanjay Dutt, was launched last year on Bachchan’s 61st birthday – an event which also marked the arrival of Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Limited (ABCL) in its new avtaar – AB Corp.
Ranveer was to be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and was slated to be completed by mid-2004. The film was to be jointly produced by DMS films along with AB Corp.

Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan are to star in Raj Kumar Santoshi’s Jis Lahore Nahin Dekhya Woh Jamiya Nahin, & the film will be shot not in Pakistan but in India.
He confirmed this news by saying that shooting in Lahore seems impossible mainly because they may not get the structural design of the separation times any more. So Nitish Roy is constructing Lahore in Hyderabad for them. Each and every lane, by lane, the transport, and the electric wires will be constructed again. The set will look more like Lahore than original Lahore. The reason behind this is the lack of period architecture is not the only reason for the film not being shot in Lahore.
