After 6 years Vivek Oberoi and Shaad Ali have apparently agreed to work together again. Last time both worked in Saathiya 2002 with Rani Mukharjee

They have now put their differences aside after they were approached by writer-producer Mani Ratnam, says Mid Day. Oberoi has allegedly agreed to star in the currently unnamed movie, thought to be a biopic, while Ali has been appointed as executive director.

A source says that “It’s a biopic which Mani has scripted himself. It is the story of a very close friend of his, and Mani wants it to be a befitting tribute,” Rumours have claimed that shooting for the film, which is being directed by Ratnam’s former assistant Shiva, will take place in the UK and begin very soon. Vivek Oberai’s Prince getting test of Success at cinema, now producer Kumar Taurani want to do Prince Sequel (part 2) according to sources.

Reports have alleged that the producer is ready to start work on the sequel because Prince, which stars Vivek Oberoi, has been popular at the box office.

It has been rumoured that Taurani revealed that work on the sequel script had already begun and that it should be completed by October.

Apparently, the producer would also like Oberoi to star in the sequel and hopes that the movies will become a franchise similar to the James Bond films
