Johnny Mastana Amitabh

Amitabh Bachchan’s Shoebite was always a working title to begin with. Now as the film is more than 50 per cent complete, it has got a final title. It will now be called Johnny Mastana.
“Yes, the film finally has a title now—Johnny Mastana. Apart from Amitabh Bachchan, the film also stars Sarika, Jimmy Sheirgill and Dia Mirza in key roles. The film is directed by Shoojit Sircar of Yahaan fame. Incidentally, Yahaan starred Jimmy Sheirgill in the lead and got him nationwide recognition. Produced by UTV Motion Pictures, Johnny Mastana, which has music by Shantanu Moitra, is confirmed for March 6, 2009, release. Read the full story
