Amitabh and Sridevi once ruled the celluloid and they are again coming together to scorch the silver screen. Big B has worked with Balki’s in ‘Cheeni Kum’ and ‘Paa’.
Sridevi and Amitabh are still remembered for ‘Inquilab’ and ‘Aakri Raasta’. They last starred in ‘Khuda Kawa’ which was a super hit. After getting married to producer Boney Kapoor, Sridevi quit films. She once acted in a TV serial. The music of ‘Big B’ will be composed by IIayaraja.

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is all set to save the world, albeit in a digital avatar. The `Shehenshah of Bollywood` is lending his voice for the feature length animated film, `Twinergy`, which is being directed by acclaimed filmmaker Priyadarshan.
The film based on the universal theme of good and evil is filmmaker Priyadarshan`s first animation project and will see Big B playing the lead as well as lending his famous baritone to his character.
AB Corporation has entered into a tie-up with media entertainment major Toonz India to produce the full-length animated film.
The pre-production work of the Rs 20 crore venture has begun in Toonz studio at the Technopark here and the film is expected to release during Diwali in 2010, P Jayakumar, CEO of Toonz Animation India Pvt Ltd told reporters. Sources
When Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan turned up to mourn Aamir Khan’s father’s death, the younger actor expressed a desire to work together.
“We went across to Aamir’s place and spent time with him and his family. Tried to keep the atmosphere light and cheerful. It was pleasant. As Aamir came down to see us off when we left his house, he expressed, ‘We must work together sir…’ I told him to direct a film. He has such talent for it. He nodded (in) approval,” Amitabh posted on his blog bigb.bigadda.com.
Aamir lost his father, well-known filmmaker Tahir Hussain, Tuesday morning.
Amitabh also expressed his grief on the death of yesteryear actor and producer Sujit Kumar.
“Sujit Kumar passed away early this morning (Friday)…When life ends it takes along so many moments of the past in quick succession. All those memories of time spent together, the films, the locations on outdoors, the camaraderie, all gone in one swift cruel move. Condolences and prayers for his children and family,” posted the actor.
Sujit was 75 years old and is survived by two children.
Popular south director Puri Jagannath is said to be planning to direct a Hindi movie with Amitabh bachchan. As early Jagannath Puri has earlier directed the Telugu version of the hit film (Pokari) Wanted. Big B will be in the lead role in the movie tittle Buddha. This movie will start shooting in 2010. Sources say that this film produced by Ram Gopal Varma.

The Actor movie is based on Dilip Kumar and Shayra Banu both real life story and concept is When Dilip married with half of age Shayra. ‘The Actor’ is directed by Pritish Nandy’s son Kushan Nandy and is produced by Pritish Nandy Communications.
