This year again both fight in December month for her new film is Yash Raj Film’s Rocket Singh - Salesman Of The Year starrer Ranbir Kapoor and Amir Khan’s 3 Idiots film. This Year Rocket Singh – Salesman Of The Year release on 11th Dec. 09 and 3 Idiots release on 25th Dec. 09.

Still no sign of a teaser trailer but ‘3 Idiots‘ has gone viral – it was revealed today that the film will be given the widest ever release for a Bollywood film.
‘3 Idiots’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani will come in a mammoth 4,000 prints on Christmas day, a number bigger than even last year’s Ghajini, which opened with 1500 prints with 213 reserved for overseas markets. For the large percentage of Bollywood crazy NRIs, ‘3 idiots’ will be given a superwide release as well. Reportedly, it was lead Aamir Khan’s decision to pump up a massive number of prints for the film.
Instead of a traditional Friday release, ‘3 Idiots’ will open on Wednesday itself, and will no doubt capitalize on the Christmas holidays. At thrice the number of prints, ‘3 Idiots’ will no doubt open to earth shattering box office receipts, and will surely give Ghajini a run for its money to become the biggest money spinning Bollywood flick of all time. The film would effectively be a Christmas hattrick for Aamir, who doled out ‘Taare Zameen Par‘ in 2007 before losing his memory and turning into the incredible hulk.
